In accordance with the aforcementioned views the N.P. Educational and Welfare Trust; situated at Bokaro, is a pioneer trust and is a brainchild of the Late Shivdani Singh who was himself a teacher, a social activist and a visionary. The desire to reach the zenith in sewing his kinsmen made this trust's aim to render unparalleled services in the field of education; impartial to race, colour, creed, finance or caste.

In order to reach further towards this ultimate goal and to honour the visions of his revered father, Shri Pramod Singh (Proprietor, N.P.C. and NPNPL) set up the N. P. Teahers Training College at Chira Chas, Bokaro in March 2015, to provide especially for the welfare of minority and weaker sects of our society. Established under the aegis of N. P. Educational & Welfare Trust in 2015, N. P. Teachers Training College Chira Chas, Bokaro has proved a milestone in the field of Teacher Education. Since its inception, the trust has been dedicated to uplift the standard of education in the area. Other than training collegee N. P. Sandhyakalin Snatak Mahavidyalay, Panda International School, Panda Multi Speciality Care Hospital & Research Center, Panda Colleg of Nursing & Pand College of Pharmacy.

The primary aim is to encourage job-oriented education education to to cate cater the demands of all the vacancies and requirements of good teachers in all schools, old and new, far and near.

Considering the need of the hour and all the ground realities, we aim to overcome the obstacles presented by any means possible and present to the society technically, culturally and morally sound teachers so that in a few years from its inception, N. P. Teachers Training College (and N. P. Educational and Welfare Trust) will have to proudly play its pact in the development of the country
